Zoom BodyBlast Class (temporarily N/A)

A 30min online group workout here is all you need 3X a week to jumpstart your metabolism, release stress, and start feeling strong. This workout was designed for the quarantine person but has “blasted” off into a something more. Here you will find variety through TABATA, strength, core, balance, agility and endurance training. Everyday is different and total body.

Weekend PopUp Bootcamp

Every Saturday come out for the ultimate 50min meetup. Find as at a local DC park or outdoor space near you. A total body butt kicking challenge. We combine sprints with squats, lunges, jumps and athletic drills so that you can build speed, strength and sweat. LETS GO!

Personal Online Training

Have access to a gym or home gym and don’t know what to do or where to start? Let’s CHAT and set up a plan for YOUR GOALS. Weekly check ins online and weekly customized training plans sent to you to perform on your own. Due to COVID this option is also available via zoom if you prefer while at home instead of in a gym. 2 month minimum training to get started.

BodyBlast Bootcamp

This class is for those who want a small group training outside. Take your bodyweight, strength, speed and agility training to the next level. Find the team out around the Navy Yard neighborhood of DC 5X a week M/W/F 615AM and Tues/Thur 6PM. Personalized attention to 10 or less people in the group, all fitness levels welcome for this challenge. 45min circuit training to help build total body lean muscle, stamina and overall positive endorphins. Every workout includes cardio intervals, bodyweight exercises, speed drills, challenges and fun!
