About Rachel
Run4Lyfe was created with the intention to always share experience and knowledge from Rachel’s past life experiences and training. Rachel takes her story and values and mindset and shares that with each of her clients and team to bring out the best in everyone she meets.
Rachel formed Run4Lyfe with the mission to not let anyone or anything take control of your life. Learning to take control and run your life will build the best results and self love. After transforming her life, she fully believes in this mission to help others do the same.
Rachel has always been athletic and a runner since high school being a part of the cheerleading, cross country and track teams. Then throughout college she became overworked, depressed and gained weight. By age 24 she had her Masters Degree, working over 80 hours a week in a management job, addicted to soda and already unhappy. Something had to give. When she finally looked in the mirror and had her “enough is enough” moment she lost over 20pounds with bringing back diet and exercise back into her life. Next, she felt so happy and in a better place, the next thing to do was become a coach and teach others the power to free themselves from themselves.
Since then she has helped transform others to do the same with their health and fitness goals and helped men women build their confidence, self love and sexiness back. Rachel is different because she takes all lessons she has learned over the years as she battled body dysmorphic disorder, depression, anxiety, binge eating disorder, toxic and abusive relationships, and fought her way back to optimal health and mindful lifestyle.
Rachel will show you how to reach your goals the natural way. She does not believe in cookie cutter training and every client gets 24.7 attention, customized training and plant based nutrition options.
