This class is a fun popup bootcamp for those who want a small group training outside. Personalized attention to no more than 10 people per bootcamp, all fitness levels welcome for this challenge. Circuit training to help build total body lean muscle, stamina and overall positive endorphins. You can’t find this anywhere else.
